Tokyo Disneyland is a 465,000 m² theme park for Disneyland and is the first Disney theme park and resort built outside America. Built by Walt Disney Imagineering, this theme park is made similar to Disneyland which is located in Anaheim, California. Tokyo Disneyland is the largest and most visited theme park in Japan. Apart from being close to Tokyo, the atmosphere of the theme park and its attractions and entertainment is simply amazing and fun. 



Tokyo Disneyland is part of the Tokyo Disney Resort complex located in the Maihama district of Urayasu City, northwest of Chiba. The area of ​​Tokyo Disneyland reaches 465 thousand square meters and has 7 areas, each of which has its own theme and also with various different zones. The zone consists of; theater, restaurant, playground and gift shop. The area in Tokyo Disneyland looks identical to the Disneyland and Walt Disney themes which are divided into seven sub-theme sections. This amusement park is very famous. In daily visits, the total number of visitors to Tokyo Disneyland has reached 57,000 families.



The park is divided into 7 areas and the centerpiece of Tokyo Disneyland, like most Disney resorts, is Cinderella's Castle. Most famous rides from the original are recreated here as well. The areas are:
-World Bazaar
-Adventureland
-Westernland
-Critter Country
-Fantasyland
-Toontown
-Tomorrowland
Notably missing from the original is New Orleans Square. The train ride also circles around Adventureland instead of the outside of the park. Added is a canopy over the main shopping area, World Bazaar, to deal with Tokyo's wetter climate. 



There is one of the most identical rides at Tokyo Disneyland. Located behind Tokyo Disneyland is a separate Disney theme park called Tokyo DisneySea. This water theme park is separate from Disneyland and is very successful. It is aimed at a slightly older audience. Two-day passports can be purchased to visit one day and then another the next day.



Tokyo Disneyland is open daily from 09:00 - 22:00 (weekdays), 08:00 - 22:00 (holidays). Tokyo Disneyland admission prices vary depending on how long you want to be there. You can buy a 1 Day Passport to play to Tokyo Disneyland for a full day, or buy a 2 Days Passport to 4-Day Magic Passport for those of you who want to spend up to several days at Tokyo Disneyland until you're satisfied.
