*FOR 2 SERVING CAKE

🍢INGREDIENTS :🍢

  • 4 TBSP MILO POWDER
  • 1 TBSP HOT WATER
  • 1 EGG
  • 2 TBSP SUGAR
  • 3 TBAP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 3 TBSP MELTED MARGARINE 

🍴STEP :🍴

STEP 1 :
  • 4 TBSP MILO POWDER,


  •  ADD IN 1 TBSP HOT WATER, 

  • MIX WELL

  • SET ASIDE


STEP 2 :
  • BREAK THE EGG, 


  • ADD 2 TBSP SUGAR, 


  • WHISK WELL,


  • ADDIN 3 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR,


  • WHISK WELL,


  • ADD IN THE MILO MIXTURE,


  • WHISK WELL,


  • ADD 3 TBSP MELTED MARGARINE,


  • MIX UNTIL COMBINE WELL.


STEP 3 :
  • PREPARE CAKE MOLDS, COAT THE INSIDE OF THE MOLDS WITH BUTTER,


  • POUR THE BATTER INTO MOLDS,


  • STEAM IN PREHEATED STEAMER OVER HIGH HEAT FOR 8 MINUTES,


  • COVER THE STEAMER LID WITH KITCHEN TOWEL,


  • SPRINKLE CANDY ON TOP OF MILO CAKE.
